1. Shipping and Processing Time

•  All products are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order.

•  Products are shipped from our warehouse located in [City, India] to the shipping address provided by the customer.

•  Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.

2. Delivery Partners
To ensure smooth and reliable delivery, we have partnered with leading courier services, including Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post. The details of the courier partner handling your package will be shared once the order is handed over for delivery.

3. Delivery Timeline

•  A standard estimated delivery date will be provided in your order confirmation email.

•  Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier delays.

4. Shipping Address

•  Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including pin code details, at the time of placing the order.

•  We do not ship to Post Office Box (P.O. Box) addresses, and we are not responsible for non-delivery in such cases.

5. Multiple Products and Addresses

•  If you order multiple products in one transaction, we will attempt to ship all items together. However, this may not always be possible.

•  Each shipping address is treated as a separate order. If you wish to ship items to different addresses, you must place separate orders for each address.

6. Changes to Orders or Address

•  Orders once confirmed cannot be edited, modified, or canceled.

7. Delivery Attempts

•  Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts at the address provided.

•  If the package remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us.

•  While we strive to keep all products in stock, there may be rare cases where a product becomes unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you within 2 working days and provide an update on the expected delivery timeline or process a refund.
