Thank you! Since Dhanak Saree is a clothing-only store, here's the updated Refund and Return Policy that removes any reference to electronics or beauty/personal care products and keeps the language tailored specifically for apparel:


Refund and Return Policy – Dhanak Saree

At Dhanak Saree, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product, you may request a replacement or refund within 3 days of delivery. The delivery date is considered Day 1.


Replacement / Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original condition as received.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The saree must be returned in its original box, placed inside the courier bag, which must not be torn or cut, except for opening the tape.

  • A clear opening video of the parcel is mandatory.

Note: Replacements are accepted only if the wrong product is delivered or the product is damaged, and the issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video.


Mandatory Evidence for Return / Replacement

You must provide the following:

  1. Opening video of the parcel without any cuts or pauses.

  2. Packing label or proof of purchase.

  3. Clear photo of the saree showing the issue (e.g., wrong product, damage, etc.).


Free Replacement

  • Orders received in damaged, defective, or wrong condition are eligible for free replacement.

  • You may choose the same saree or request a different design of equal value.

    • If the replacement saree costs more than the original, the difference must be paid in advance.

    • If the same design is not available, we will suggest suitable alternatives.


Refund Conditions

  • If you are not satisfied with the replacement, only then a refund will be considered.

  • If the delivered saree is as per website specifications and you still wish to return it, ₹180 per item will be deducted from the refund as courier charges.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.

Important Guidelines

  • Customers found providing false claims, using abusive language, or attempting to defame the brand will be disqualified from refunds or replacements.

  • Legal action may be taken in cases of fraud or misuse.


Refund Process

  • Once your returned saree is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

  • If approved, you’ll be asked to provide your preferred payment method for refund processing.

  • Please note, banks or UPI apps may take 2–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.


Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
