Exchange & Return Process
We offer an easy exchange/return process for products purchased from www.dhanaksaree.com. This policy applies to all garments except accessories. You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order, and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• Return Request: Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchange Request: Must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
• Partial Returns: Acceptable if only certain items in your order need to be returned (except for garment sets, which must be returned intact).
Please ensure you make an unboxing video when you receive the product, as it will be required for any claims or refunds.
Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with the tags intact.
• Items marked with a “Red Colored No Return Tag” cannot be returned.
• Returns & Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or higher price.
• Accessories cannot be exchanged.
Exchange & Return - In-Store (India Only)
Exchanges and returns are valid at Dhanak Saree stores across India. Please visit any of our stores to initiate the exchange/return process. Use the Store Locator to find a store near you.
2. Go to the "My Orders" section and request an exchange or return.
3. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up.
If pick-up service is unavailable, you can self-ship the product back to us. Ensure the product is in original condition with all tags intact.
Return Pick-Up Procedure:
• Properly wrap the product.
• Do not seal the packet before the pick-up.
• Keep the packet open to speed up the process during the pick-up.
• Our team will conduct a quality check upon pick-up and verify the product at our warehouse.
Self-Shipped Returns: If pick-up is unavailable in your location, please ship the product to the following address:

For self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed up to Rs. 150 for shipping costs. Please send the scanned copy of the courier receipt to care@dhanaksaree.com.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If an item is unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you within 2 working days via email. You can choose to substitute the item or cancel your order for a full refund.
• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before shipment). A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
• Genuine quality issues
• Lost packages
• Incorrect items delivered
Refunds are NOT granted in these cases:
• Design/color variations
• Used or damaged products
Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 working days. The refund will be credited to the same account used for the original payment.
Embroidery & Color: We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products, but due to the nature of the fabrics, we do not guarantee that embroidery or colors will not bleed.
Sizing: Sizing can vary due to the fabric and cut of the garment. Please refer to the size guide provided with each product to ensure the best fit.
Color Display: While we do our best to display the colors as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations due to the settings of your display screen.
Wash Care: Please follow the washing instructions provided with each garment to prevent damage.
Exclusions from the Return & Exchange Policy
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with intact tags.
• Items with a “No Return Tag” will not be accepted.
Transactional Disputes
Any disputes arising from transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
